What is so hard about saying “I’m sorry?”  Three syllables, that’s it.  It took more effort to type this sentence than to say those two words.

Apparently, companies and executives still don’t get what happens when you don’t think before you act.  The goal of this blog is to analyze the art, science and ramifications (and where possible, the humor) of putting forth an apologetic action.
